What is Fresh Dealites?

Fresh Dealites is an online grocery that can cater to all your needs from canned goods, toiletries,cleaning aids, snacks, baking essentials, frozen meats, and fruits & vegetables.


MY ORDER 

What do I do if I wish to change my order?

As long as you haven’t checked out and confirmed your order, you can still change the items in your cart. However, if you have already clicked the “Place order” button, you can email us at info@freshdealites.com and use your invoice number as a reference to inform us that you want your order changed. You will then receive instructions via email on how to change your order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly email us at info@freshdealites.com and give us your invoice number as a reference.

What is your cancellation policy?

We only allow cancellations within 2 hours after an order has been placed.

My order arrived but some items included are not mine, what do I do?

Kindly inform our rider about the discrepancy then email us at info@freshdealites.com to notify us. We will gladly deliver the correct items on the same day.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Fresh Dealites has the option to cancel an order if the customer details given such as the address can’t be found via map (internet or map guide) or the contact numbers are unresponsive. This is to prevent fake orders that may disrupt our delivery schedule. To avoid your order from being cancelled, make sure that the contact information you provide us is correct before placing your order and leave directions for our riders if your residence is not easy to locate.

What if some of the items in my order are missing?

If you find that your order seems to be lacking a few items, kindly inform our rider and then email us at info@freshdealites.com we will gladly deliver said items on the same day.

What if my bill is incorrect?

Should you find any discrepancies in your bill, make sure to notify our rider and then email us at info@freshdealites.com. We will review the order on our end and will get back to you within the day.


PAYMENT 

What payment methods do you accept?

We have 5 payment options:
1.) COD
2.) BDO online transfer
3.) BPI online transfer
4.) Gcash
5.) Paypal transfer (with 5.5% convenience fee)

What is the minimum amount limit for purchasing items?

Our minimum purchasing limit is ₱500. 

Do I have to tip the driver who brings my order?

You don’t have to tip our riders because reliable and efficient service is a part of the Fresh Dealites practice.


ITEMS 

What if an item I want is out of stock?

You can email us at info@freshdealites.com and we will let you know as soon as the item becomes available again.

What if an item I want can’t be found on your website?

Fresh Dealites is always looking to add new products to our selection. If we do not carry an item you’d like to buy, feel free to contact us at info@freshdealites.com to inform us and we will let you know as soon as the said item is included in our website.


DELIVERY 

What are your delivering hours?

Our delivery hours are from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Who is delivering my order?

Fresh Dealites is proud to have its own delivery service. We have designated riders who are part of our team, In the event that our riders are not available a Third-Party Delivery Service will be used.

How can I check my order delivery status?

You can text us at 0917-7101254 to follow up on the delivery status of your order.

How can I reschedule my delivery?

If you would prefer your order to be delivered on a specific time and day, you can include it in the Customer Note box before confirming your order. If you already have an order set for delivery but would like to reschedule the delivery date, you can contact us via email or text.

What if I don’t wish to use plastic bags?

Fresh Dealites believes in doing our part to help the planet. This is why your groceries come in our very own eco-bags/cardboard boxes which you can reuse or recycle as you wish. You can also opt to return our eco-bags/cardboard boxes to our rider. If you have any other preferences about the packaging of your items, you can include them in the Customer Note box before confirming your order.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Don’t worry about missing your delivery window. We will always contact you first on the day of your delivery to notify and remind you about your order so you can inform us in case you won’t be available for that day.

What if my delivery arrives late?

In the event that we feel your delivery will be delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other calamities, we will make sure to inform you via text before 5:00 pm.

Where does Fresh Dealites deliver?

We now deliver in major cities in Metro Manila.

How do I leave instructions regarding my delivery?

If you have any special instructions regarding your delivery, you can include them in the Customer Note box before confirming your order.

When can I expect the delivery of my order?

Fresh Dealites accepts orders until the daily cut-off at 2:00 pm. Orders are delivered 2 days after it is placed between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

What if I order after the 2:00 pm cut-off, when does my order arrive?

If you happen to order after the cut-off time, your order will be delivered three days later. For example, if you order on a Monday after 2:00 pm, your order will be delivered on Thursday between 9:00 am-5:00 pm.

What are the delivery days of Fresh Dealites?

We deliver every day with the exception of Sundays, which is when we are closed.

What if I order on a Saturday, when will my order be delivered?

Orders that are received on a Saturday before the cut-off will be delivered by Tuesday of the following week.

if after the 2 pm cut-off, it will be delivered by Wednesday.

Why doesn't Fresh Dealites do same day delivery?

As an online grocer, Fresh Dealites aims to be your kitchen's most efficient & reliable online partner. The 2-day lead time allows us to have enough time to prepare the items in your order to ensure your groceries get to you in the best quality possible.
